Every time I decide to try and eat healthier, I go and buy a bunch of ingredients to make healthy food, put it all in my fridge/pantry, and then when I go to eat it, I realize it will take me more than 30 seconds to prepare the food, so I eat ice cream bars and chex mix instead. The next three… four…. eight… days I do the exact same thing. Then one day, I think “You know what! I’m going to cook actual food! I have both time and energy to do this!” and I go to my fridge and discover everything I have bought is now expired. So I eat ice cream bars and chex mix instead.
