Watching all the episodes of a show in a row makes you lose track of time
“Woah Willow moving on kinda fast, aren’t you? Didn’t Tara die like a month ago?”
Buffy says ‘My mom died a few years ago’ and me and Chris are like WTF!?!?!? YEARS!?!?!?

Evil Nathan Fillion makes me sad. T_T
Also - I can’t stand Buffy’s endless emotional crises. I don’t even really like her character that much. The show tries really hard to make her likable but if you took that away and looked at her actions and how she treats people, she’s kind of a brat. Plus every. single. relationship. she’s been in is just a dramafest of whiny proportions. Half of the time when she’s speaking I’m just like SHUT UP ALREADY gwah.
Dawn is worse. And it’s extra annoying because Buffy, at 16, was portrayed as competent and smart and world-wise and dating ancient men and acting like an adult, but Dawn is 15 and somehow she’s incapable of doing anything except throwing tantrums and whining about how nobody likes her or spends time with her and wah wah. And they constantly use “she’s just a kid!” as an excuse for her behavior, but when Buffy was her age, she was expected to act like a motherfucking sane person. <_<
And while X/Zander has “grown on me” in the sense that I find him amusing instead of wanting to punch in him in the face, I still wish he’d get less screen time. x_x; eugh.
BUT I DO THINK THE SHOW IS SUPER FUN and hilarious and I heart Giles and Willow/Tara and I’m really annoyed that they killed the lesbian’s girlfriend. Gwah.
In a perfect world, Buffy would’ve stayed dead and the show would’ve continued with Tara/Willow adopting Dawn and Giles being the greatest adoptive dad ever and things would be so lovely. Hahaha. Buuuut she’s the main character so HMPH.
So erm I saw the season finale. :/ I wasn’t …. that impressed. Maybe because the big Xander (X???? o_o Zander?) moment is something that’s been done before? Buffy hasn’t really hit me very emotionally, except anytime Giles is a super awesome parent to his hoard of adopted teenagers, or some of the Willow/Tara moments. I’m not sure why. Maybe it’s because a lot of it is really over-dramatized? They make these BIIGGGG moments and it’s hard to feel anything when it seems so overblown. Like the showing is trying really really hard to make you FEEL FOR THEMMM that I’m just like meh whatever. I get more emotional over the shows where the feels creep in on a whisper, or they happen with no fanfare. :/ So.
Alsoooo it could be that this show is just really really cheesy in general, and I like it because it’s hilarious good cheese, so when it tries to be serious I’m just like <_< stawp it.
GILES!
GILES!
GILES!
MOTHERFUCKING KICKASS GILES!
MY MOST FAVORITEST FICTIONAL FATHER FIGURE!!
Dear Willow, you should call 911 or at least tell the paramedics on your lawn about your dying girlfriend JUST IN CASE evil magicks don’t help. Medical attention is always good. <_<;
so Spike just tried to rape Buffy.
welp.
why does he have to be so awful? I like him half the time, but then he does this shit. what.
“Really? You’re going to have sex RIGHT NOW?”
The thing I hate is how Spike’s determined to like, drag Buffy down to his level? He keeps trying to convince her that she’s somehow less of a good person because she’s involved with him. He keeps doing some intense manipulative stuff, trying to make her hate herself and “be in the darkness with him.” :/ He can’t just appreciate that they have a thing, without somehow making their thing MEAN that she is just as “adjectives” as he is? It’s like he’s trying to prove something about her, like he’s trying to make his unhappiness with himself infect her. I dunno.
But everything besides that, it’s like he’s great, although sometimes annoying. And I’m not a fan of how he creepily fantasized about her and stalked her when they were getting together (although it seems like he changed during that, and it became less creepy, so that doesn’t concern me as much as the manipulative crap).
