Does anyone know of any FICTION books featuring polyamorous relationships in a positive light (even if they don’t explicitly call it that)?
BESIDES The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I already know that one. :P

I’m always incredibly humbled and surprised when I find out people are reblogging my polyamory posts and agreeing with me and learning from me. Like… wow. I’m only 22, and nowhere near an expert on … anything. But especially not relationships and polyamory.
However (haha to negate all of that humility and replace it with vanity!!) I’ve noticed a ton of poly blogs have been following me, and since this blog is primarily personal and about my writing, and only occasionally do I post really poly-related stuff, I went through the archives, collected all the not-whining-about-my-personal life poly posts and combined them here so that if anyone is interested in reading my opinions or the “generic polyamory” posts, you don’t have to hunt through my blog to find them. I’m also gonna link this post at the top of my blog and (maybe) update it over time.
So! Yes. If you’re only here to read about polyamory, and aren’t interested in the day-to-day hashing out of my relationship, here are my broad, general poly posts for anyone who wants to listen. I’m also willing to respond to asks about just about anything, but I will most likely respond privately. Yes I often ignore anons. I also ignore guys I feel vaguely creeped out by (aka guys like in my “Is it wrong of me…” post) and I reserve the right to define creepy by my own standards.
WITH ALL THAT SAID, HERE ARE THE POSTS! (Updated 08/14/2012)
My Personal Polyamory:
Respond to Ask : How I discovered I was polyamorous and “how I came to terms with it.” A (very not) short history of me and polyamory.
Defining Polyamory:
Respond to Ask : What polyamory is and what my version is. Explains my relationships.
Why I love what polyamory has done to my relationship : general why I think polyamory is an excellent practice, and why I think every relationship (poly or mono) should look at and evaluate the “accepted” rules for relationships.
Life Partners : There are different levels to relationships. As opposed to primary/secondary, it’s really just varying degrees of intimacy and commitment.
Problems in Polyamory:
Is it wrong of me… : Rant about the offensiveness of some men who (appear to) use polyamory as a way to exploit and devalue women.
Response to Privilege in Polyamorous Relationships Chart : The two biggest problems I see in poly relationships - viewing people as objects to fulfill a fantasy, and using rules to keep from dealing with inadequacy and jealousy
Being Polyamorous in a Monogamous World:
Respond to ask : the sometimes “war” between poly and mono people (that seems to come up a lot, especially on tumblr)
I’m actually 100% okay with people who disagree with polyamory : As long as you understand what polyamory is about before they judge it, I don’t mind if your opinion differs from mine, as long as you still treat me with respect.
General Relationships Posts:
Words in Relationships : Why it’s important for both people to understand what your words mean. Semantics in relationships.
I don’t believe in accidents/mistakes/”I’m Sorry” : Sometimes your inattentiveness is what causes the relationship problems, and apologizing doesn’t fix the problem.
Idiot Guys on Networking/Online Dating Sites : Small rant about what is appropriate behavior when talking to someone new on a dating site.
Little Poly Posts:
